REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL JEWELRY & ART SALES ARE FINAL since most items are hand crafted or custom made.  This applies to handcrafted clothing and other items.

RETURNS on general clothing, purses are accepted within 7 days.  All clothing and other items need to have all tags attached and in the same manner as it was received.

REFUND will be given via PayPal the way it was paid within 24 hours of return.

SORRY BUT ANY SHIPPING/GIFT wrap charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
